I’m a 47 year old cougar living my best life in the beautiful Canary Islands . I am a sun, sea and sand lover, life is better barefoot on the beach! I’m a strategic intervention lifecoach and councillor, I am also a yoga instructor and diet and nutritionist and I love dancing, modern jive is my thing! I like to write and get creative, I also love to sing I stand for peace and love and caring for our beautiful earth and to spread happiness wherever I go.
